Our History

Fast Times Screen Printing & Sign Co. was started by Tony “Bossman” Medvetz a young go getter fresh out of college not quite ready to start working for the man. He started out printing small orders for Fraternities, Sororities and other local businesses out of the confines of his Uncle Joey’s garage.

After a few years of learning the ins and outs of the printing industry “Bossman” was able to open a shop on his own just off of the campus of a state school in Indiana, Pa.(IUP for those who are familiar with the terrain.) Here “Bossman” established Fasttimes as a local leader in the graphics industry and through networking was able to set up a few national markets.

Fast Forward to late 2003 a young ambitious and extremely good looking fellow named Johnny “Johnny Boy” Brennan (you readers may know him as your narrator) was offered a job upon placing an order for his local fraternities fall rush event.

Over the next few years “Bossman” took “Johnny Boy” under his wing. Advised by his strict tutelage “Johnny Boy” learned the grueling lifestyle and aggressive marketing techniques of a Screen Printer.

In the Summer of 2008 “Bossman” and “Johnny Boy” bought out a local Sign Shop and added the sign making experience to the shops repertoire. This addition of services to the business made the workload greater than the duo could handle they needed more help. Johnny called on his little cousin however not so little any more David “Davey Baby” Sinclair’s 6’2” frame was just what the shop needed to take over the businesses Screen Printing responsibilities.

Skip Scenes to mid 2010 a blue eyed vixen that goes by the name of Allie (she’s kind of a big deal folks) approached the team about bringing her on to add embroidery and promotional items to the businesses capabilities. The team was dazzled by her baby blues and her perfect sales pitch and agreed to the idea. In 2013 Fasttimes growth resulted in a much needed move to a larger State of the art facility where we reside today. With the new space Fasttimes brought Shauni “Digital Diva” Wagner to head up the sign shop day to day. Shawna “Queen of Creative” Jones to run the Art Show and Charles “Chase” Macierowski to assist in Screen Printing duties. If you read this far and want to know more call, stop in we’d love to tell.

Stay Golden,
Fasttimes
